Hi folks, in this post I wanted to share with you some of the cool activities we have happening next week at the Red Hat Summit in San Francisco. For virtualization there’s a ton of things going on - to say that we are ‘RHV’ed up is an understatement! (sorry, @RedHatRex wrote that joke…) Here’s a short video that will get you goin on RHV:

5 Reasons Intermountain Healthcare Chooses Red Hat Virtualization

RHV @ Summit

First, let’s take a look at the exhibit area for the Summit. We’ll be in Moscone West as will be all the other sponsors. RHV demo areas (there are two) will be in the IT Optimization pod of the Red Hat section of the floor. Stop on by; take in a demo; speak with a RHV R&D Engineer or Program Manager. By the way we have swag to hand out, too! First come first serve...

In addition to Red Hat’s booth, you should also check out Cisco’s booth at the show. There they will be showcasing RHV and their recently announced ACI integration. It’s cool work, especially for network oriented folks.

Second, like every year, a ton of learning opportunities exist in the technical speaking sessions and labs. You will find 10 or so sessions focused on RHV and virtualization in general. Here’s the list, sorted by day:
